osteopathy
Osteopathy is a manual medicine that takes
the body as a whole.

It is based on the belief that all body systems are related and therefore disorders

in one system they affect the functioning of the others.

Osteopathy solves the cause of the problem.

What is the difference between a General Doctor MD and an Osteopathic Doctor DO?

The difference is that the Osteopathic doctor receives additional training which is a significant factor

when it comes to health care. DOs acknowledge that the neuro-muscolo-skeletal system,

it is not independent and that when it is affected it can affect other body systems

Osteopathy solves the cause of the problem. For example, trying and correcting the

liver malfunction relieves pain of the right shoulder.

The Osteopathic Doctor is not just a doctor, it is something else!
