Between 40 and 50 years of age, Men and Women can suffer hormonal disorders, known as Menopause in women and Andropause in men.
Menopause
It is the definitive disappearance of menstruation. However this is not
disappears abruptly, if not for a period of time the woman has faults
in her menstruation for a few months, but later she has her

menopause as such, it is accepted that the woman is 12 months unregulated.

In men testosterone (male homona) begin to decrease
between 40 and 50 years of age, this is better known as andropause, although it is something
normal over the years, you may have symptoms that
deserve special treatments .
These symptoms can be loss of muscle mass, lack of energy to
carry out habitual activities, character changes,
and lack of sexual desire among others.
